smoking poetryShe started smoking poetry in the rain As she waited for an oncoming train The grey drizzle tapping on the pane While she waited for something that never camesmoking poetry
Words and rhyme in a blue scented smoke Billowing out in a hazy gusto It made her want to choke
She smoked the poetry then smoked some more Giving in to philosophy and emotional ambiguity She became the poems addictive little whore
She put the poem in a bong then smoked the stanza all night long She came up with a little song To sing when she was feeling strong
